Are your prospects lost and confused? Many websites are difficult to navigate, and if yours isn’t answering your visitor’s questions simply and quickly, you will lose them. This goes double for your landing page.
Some issues that cause confusion include:

  • Too many links to find the necessary information
  • Irrelevant links on pages
  • Landing page does not show expected results.
  • Unclear headings or copy

Websites don’t usually begin life as unnavigable labyrinths. Often this issue comes about when websites are added to and developed over time.

Try to take a fresh look at your website and landing pages. If possible, get someone who has not seen it before to take a look. It should be simple to find information, sign up or subscribe, and always give the visitors what they expect.

Making your website as user-friendly as possible will increase conversions and return visits - something we all want.
