Too busy to blog? It really doesn’t take long, and if you outsource your blogging you are not doing the best thing for your company. A blog should be personal, it should have a voice. It needs to come from someone who knows what they are talking about - otherwise it is just more internet noise.

It doesn’t have to be the CEO who blogs, or someone from marketing, but it should be someone in the business itself. Someone who has something to say about the industry, or can offer helpful hints and relevant news.

When a business blog is outsourced, the readers know. And they care. Your business blog is about building a relationship between your company and its clients or potential clients. An outsourced blog is always so general, because the writer is not from that industry.

It’s not hard. When you know what you’re talking about, it doesn’t take long either. And it’s worth it. So blog already!
